Refunds & Cancellations
No returns are allowed. However, in case of a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know within 6 hours of receipt of the material. You can write to us at support@epilicious.in or call us at +91-22-49710198 (10:00 AM- 6:00 PM, Monday-Saturday). Store credit will be issued in this case. No Monetary refund will be provided.
Epilicious is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for cases where:
- Items are delivered to the incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the delivery partner.
A full refund in the form of store credit for cancellations is allowed if made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment.
Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 48 working hours. Once processed by The Muffin Man, a refund takes 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
